Dion’s Exercise and …

Felt like a speedy swim and looks like it was. Well, for me at least ! Was a bit cold out of the pool though.

Made it back into the pool yesterday, school holidays are over !

It was a touch cold heading out to the pool, only 7.2 C. Got nice and warm after my laps though.

Couldn’t use the double lane today as there was a diving class, bit dsitracting all those bubbles !

Was chasing a guy with tats, who let me past as I got close and then sat on my feet for a few laps, so the middle 10 laps were a bit faster then normal. I wonder if chlorine fades tattoos ??? As I was about to over cook it, he must have stopped the lap before as he wasn’t on my feet anymore .. Need less to say, but the next few laps were a bit slower !

20 laps, 50 M outdoor pool, bit chilly out of the water but nice once in. Heartrate monitor had a major interference problem or maybe this goes to prove it’s more due to bad contact between the sensors and my chest. I’ll upload an image of the HR graph, well I’ll try at least ! … Then again maybe I was really pumping today, or at least my heart was !
