Nice session though had to fix one of the reformers at the start. Didn’t have to pay though !
Workout:
Got warm out there today ! Stopped for a coffee with Bronwen, Pilates and then at a furniture store.
Workout:
Took it pretty easy, just a few laps between the boys classes.
Workout:
Thought I had to go to the dentist today but that was some kind of electronic diary sync up weirdness so I went for a walk instead ! Much more enjoyable ! Details on SportsTracker
Workout:
Managed to fit in 12 laps today, need to pick up the pace a touch so I can get in 14 before Declan comes to get me. Might kill me though ! Fairly quiet today, only one person to share the double lane with. Very pleasant !
Workout:
Went out for a skate while declan was at Circus Training. Had a good run on the way out and then turned around to come back and discovered the head wind. Averaged 19 km/h on the wayout and 16.2 km/h on the way back. Track is a bit rough in places and mostly too narrow, so you have to reduce your kick when bikes go past. Had the music on so you can track the songs on the SportsTracker feed.
I’m wearing out my wheels something shocking, so I’ll have to get some harder ones next time. I definitely push harder of my front right wheel as I’ve totally chewed that out. Bad technique, I guess !
Workout:
Slipped in a quick km at the local pool on the way to the supermarket. Managed to get there just as a school finished it’s swim carnival so that was good ! First time I’ve swum a full 1000m for a while felt like hard work … Was a beautiful sunny day to, very pleasant to be out there
Workout:
Rhys and I headed out for a ride to Sandringham and then back home. Had a little time trial from South Road to the turn around until I met back up with Rhys. Nice to stretch out those legs, until I turned and discovered the head wind for the ride home ! Oh well, that’s why I’m out there ! Here’s the details on SportsTracker.
Workout:
Got in my 12 laps between the boys lessons, unfortunately reset the stop watch so I lost my time. It felt good though, yet another example of keeping things up making them easier … Let’s see how it goes tomorrow ….
Workout:
Longer ride home as I had a few jobs to do in the city, mostly and then picked up some bread and milk on the way home through North Melbourne. Tried to get a new winder for the instep strap on my Sidi Ergo2’s but the local distributor says he doesn’t have any. Greta so I throw away my $700 bike shoes … I figure I’ll call the distributor tomorrow and then order some either in the USA or Italy. So much for Sidi, being a brand that keeps good stock of spares. Ridiculous !
