Out again with my brother this time the rest of the family came on their bikes too. They took off for the playground as we soldiered on.

Booked a review session with the instructor so this was a bit of a quiet session with lots of thinking involved and a whole lot of new exercises, some which look pretty nasty … I think I’ll be a bit sore after next session.

Quick zip down to pilates via kinder and a coffee with Bronwen in the city. We’d been trying on the ski gear over the weekend so Cadell decided to wear his ski helmet and googles on the tag along. Made me feel like he didn’t trust my ridding … :)

Early morning walk with my brother. There was a really cold wind blowing which must have dried me out so my heart rate went crazy ! Started at 80 then bam straight to 210 for the next 50 minutes. Man I’ve got a strong heart !

Must try and find some ekg gel and give it a go !
