Swim at Brunswick
7 08 2007Another windy swim day, made it rather freezing getting out to the pool after lolling around in the indoor pool the boys do their lessons in. It was even a bit chilly on the shoulders and arms for the first 10 laps or so. Felt good though, definitely feeling like I need to add another longer swim sometime in the week.
