Busy couple of Days
14 06 2007It’s been a touch busy the last couple of days. Finally got around to fitting new tyres to my city bike, at 11:30pm last night. That meant I could take Cadell to school on the tag-along and then head down for Pilates, finish off the kinder newsletter, then pick him up after lunch. Luckily, although it was pretty cold, 5 C, it was nice and sunny. After the usual round of house jobs, washing, dinner, etc, it was off to school to pickup Declan and then up to their swimming class, in the car this time.
Thankfully, they are now both in class at the same time so I can go and have a swim whilst they are bobbing around in their lessons. Managed to get a kilometer in and then make it gasping back to see the end of their lessons. Home after that, to finish tidying up, get dinner, clean up dinner, listen to piano practice, etc. Get the boys into bed, do the shopping list for tomorrow, more washing and update the finances. Phew, I’m exhausted, so the plans of logging all this great exercise in will have to wait until tomorrow after I upload the data from my heart rate monitor, do the shopping, unpack ……
Good news is, you can actually use Metric to log your distances now.
Cool, like the Metric ! Especially in the display ! You might want to think about it as a global prefernce for each user so they can view peoples logs in units they understand. Sounds like the Program Manager coming out in me again …
One other unit change request ! Kilo Joules for Calories …
Wow, that is a busy day. I’ve got a tag-along-bike/side-car-carrier thing going on my really old Mtn Bike that I ride the girls around with. I image Declan and Cadel are bigger than my girls though.
I kind of like the idea of a viewers preference vs a bloggers preference on log stats too.
Okay, I was complaining today that I didn’t get much of a break — now I feel like a whiner! I bow down before you…
You go girl!!
BTW, send Haydon an e-mail. He broke his arm between the elbow and shoulder on Wed…
