Sort of Cycle - Dirt Bike Riding !

Spent an hour and a half burning around my brother’s Motocross track on his dirt bikes. He’s got a 230cc and a 600, one small and nimble, the other fast…. A great upper body and leg work out though it does tend to torque my knees a bit. Great for the high speed bicycle control, lots of sideways practice. Only crashed twice, which is better then the last time I was out ! Washed out the front wheel both times and then tumbled along the ground, but that’s what all that safety gear is for !
