Welcome Dion!
Good to see you!
Glad to have you on board. I am a personal trainer. I love to run and do a few triathlons every year.
Riding a dirt bike sounds dangerous to me. I have enough trouble keeping the rubber side down on my road bike!
Thanks Lisa !
It’s not too dangerous, at least not where we are ridding. You may be more likely to fall off but having, body armor, knee pads and a full face helmet on grass, makes it a little less painful then just a layer of lycra on pavement. The worst thing on his track is dodging the cow pats, it’s not called the Moo Poo track, for nothing ! Luckily, there is only two cows in there at the moment, though they are a bit interested in the bikes / people …
Hey, but at least a cow pat offers a soft landing . . .
Yum!
Actually, they a rather slipery too, caused a few crashes over the years. It’s also pretty bad if they get roosted on you !
Roosted - verb: To spray someone with mud, sand (cow poo !), by spinning your rear tyre
